Bonnie is the best realtor I have worked with for buying or selling a house. We recently sold our house and Bonnie was our agent. From the listing document, with very good pictures, to the preparation of the house for showing, to the first class staging, to the marketing once on the market, she did everything exceptionally well. We had moved out of the area. Her ability to work with contractors on repairs, lawn care, and other matters was invaluable. The staging she did on the house was incredible. New light bulbs, nice vases and flowers that gave just the right touch. She was the best ever on helping with repairs and minor touch ups. Our house sold fairly quickly in a somewhat slow market. I talked to others trying to sell homes at the same time and most have not sold after months. I would highly recommend Bonnie to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house. She is an amazing realtor and person. If I ever need to buy or sell again in the Houston area, I am going to call Bonnie. -- Eric
